You can upgrade and downgrade anytime: the plan you choose will start immediately and you will pay it in full. Any remaining time you have on your unused plan will be discounted from your purchase, but we do not issue refunds for downgrades.

Here are some examples:

  • If have a yearly plan and you upgrade after 6 months, you would be charged 12 months of the new plan minus 6 months of your current plan.

  • If you purchase a yearly plan for $2000 and after 6 months you downgrade to a plan that costs $1500, you will pay $1500 - $1000 = $500.

  • If you purchase a yearly plan for $2000 and after 1 month you downgrade to a plan that costs $1500, you will not pay anything for the downgrade but you will not receive a refund.

  • If you purchase a plan and afterwards you downgrade to a free plan, you will not receive a refund.

You can try to upgrade/downgrade on the Team Settings page, and you will see a summary before confirming your purchase.
