Yes, logs have the following limits:

Log text: 32000 bytes
Method name: 256 bytes
Filename: 256 bytes
URL (for web applications): 2000 bytes

Crashes have the following limits:

Title: 32000 bytes
Text: 5MB

Issues and user feedback have the following limits:

Title: 32000 bytes
Text: 32000 bytes
