How to switch the currency for your account
Bugfender supports payments in USD and EUR

Bugfender lets you choose the currency you want to pay in during your first purchase.

At the moment, our payment processor does not support switching currencies for existing accounts. As a workaround, you can, however, create a new account and switch to it.

Here are the steps you can follow:

  • Create a new Team: you can do that by clicking on your name on the top left, then Edit Profile, then Add New Team.

  • Purchase a subscription for that team: on the right hand side bar, click on the Upgrade button. In this step you can select the currency from the dropdown menu on the top right hand side. Then purchase the plan you prefer.

  • Move your applications to your new plan: select each application, go to Settings at the top bar, then click on Change Team and select the new team.

  • Cancel your subscription on the old team: on the right hand side bar, click on the cog icon next to your old team. Under Team Plan, select Change Plan and choose Free.

Please note your balance will not be transferred from your old to your new team, so you'll want to do this at about the end of the billing period.
