A device sends logs:

  • When you enable it using the web dashboard (please note once disabled, it might take up to 5 minutes for the command to take effect)

  • When you enable logging programmatically

  • When your application crashes and you have crash reporting enabled

  • When you send issues

  • When you send user feedback, be it using the provided dialog or programmatically
