If you want to cancel your Bugfender subscription, we would be grateful to hear your feedback, be it positive or negative, before you go.
That said, canceling is easy:
Select Team Settings from the left-hand menu.
Click Change Plan.
Select the FREE plan.
In the confirmation dialog, choose a reason for canceling and click Cancel My Subscription. You can also add written feedback if you wish.
Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your team will then move to the FREE plan.
Only team owners can change a team’s plan. We do not refund the unused portion of a subscription when you cancel.
