If you want to cancel your Bugfender subscription, we would be grateful to hear your feedback, be it positive or negative, before you go.
That said, canceling is easy:
In the left-hand side menu, select Team Settings
Click on Change Plan
Select the FREE plan, you should see a change confirmation dialog
Your subscription is now canceled and your account downgraded
Remember only team owners can change a plan's team, including canceling the subscription. Also, note that the unused portion of your subscription can not be refunded.
