Bugfender is a tool for developers, so if you are interested in its power but can not configure it yourself, the best thing you can do is forward the installation instructions to your developer.
For that, do the following:
Create a Bugfender account if you have not done it yet
Invite your developer as a team member. You can do that using the cog icon, then click on Add member (if you need help with this, contact us over the support chat and we will send the invitation for you)
With this invitation, your developer will be able to follow the installation instructions and check the SDK has been installed correctly. If they need assistance, they contact us over the support chat.
