Create an account in Bugfender if you do not have one already.

Send your purchase order to [email protected], specifying at least the following:
- The e-mail address of the Bugfender account you created
- Name of the plan you are willing to purchase (only Premium yearly plans are available for purchase via P.O.). You can check the available plans here.
- Billing address of your company
- E-mail address of your billing contact (if it's not you)
- Your VAT ID if your company is based within the European Union
- Any other details you need in the invoice (for example a PO number)

We will process the purchase order and, if approved, we will respond with an invoice payable via wire transfer within 30 net days.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
