Bugfender SDK protocol is designed over HTTPS, so in most cases there is no need to configure anything special on your app user's network in order to get their logs. Also, since the Bugfender SDK is able to buffer logs, temporary network restrictions do not affect how Bugfender works, since logs will be sent later when the device is on a different network.
In some specific cases, however, your application might be running in a network with permanent traffic restrictions (e.g. kiosk apps, warehouse management apps, etc.). In such cases you want to make sure you allow traffic to app.bugfender.com and api.bugfender.com domains on 443/tcp and 443/udp ports. Please note we recommend rules based on domain names, not IP addresses.
